Commissioned artwork makes a fabulous personalized gift, and it's also a great way to add color to your walls with art that has personal meaning to you. Whether you want a painting of your favorite honeymoon spot or a portrait of someone dear to you, I would be happy to work with you to create an original work of art that you'll treasure for years to come.
Pricing varies based on size, any time constraints you may have, whether you'd like it to arrive already framed, etc. Here's a place to start:
$30 per linear inch (height + width added together, multiplied by $30); plus:
The cost of the frame, if you'd like the piece to arrive framed; plus:
Sales tax, if applicable; plus:
Any rush fees, if applicable; plus:
Shipping and packaging costs
Once we've talked about what you want and agreed on a price, you'll put down a non-refundable deposit (usually 30% of the total cost of the project). Typical turnaround time for a painting from inception to completion is about three weeks, although framed pieces may take longer.
